Woodland Garden Mix Seeds

Our Native British Wildflowers range has been developed from research conducted by Butterfly Conservation, BBKA, RSPB and the Woodland Trust.Do you have a bare, shady corner where nothing much will grow? This selection of 25 native species has been carefully chosen to thrive in woodland-type areas and may include favourites such as Viola riviniana (Dog-violet), Filipendula ulmaria (Meadowsweet), Dipsacus (Teasel), Salvia officinalis (Sage) and Allium ursinum (Ramsons). Scatter the seed in borders, over bare ground and large containers to enjoy a flurry of spring to early summer flowers that will add interest to dull, neglected corners. These native wildflowers will also attract a host of butterflies and other pollinating insects.  The packet contains enough seeds to cover approximately 1-2 square metres depending on how thickly sown.
