Tulipa ‘Marit’ lights up spring borders with its warm blend of rose-pink and soft yellow tones. The petals are smooth and softly rounded, with a sunny yellow base that gives the flower a glowing, two-toned effect as it opens. This mid-spring bloomer creates a cheerful, harmonious display that works beautifully in both formal beds and naturalised plantings.
 
Position in full sun and grow in well-drained soil for best results. ‘Marit’ pairs effortlessly with tulips in pale yellows, creams, or deeper pinks, and also makes a charming addition to cottage-style gardens. Plant bulbs in autumn, 10–15cm deep and spaced 10cm apart. After flowering, deadhead and allow the foliage to die back naturally to strengthen the bulb. Lift and store bulbs in summer if the soil is heavy or waterlogged. Tulipa ‘Marit’ offers soft colour and reliable flowering, perfect for brightening up mid-season garden displays.
