Tulipa ‘Ice Cream Sorbet’ is a flamboyant double tulip with dessert-inspired flair. Its tightly layered blooms resemble a swirl of fruity gelato starting with rich, raspberry-red petals at the centre and edged in green, like a tulip dipped in sorbet and pistachio.
 
Reaching up to 35cm tall, ‘Ice Cream Sorbet’ blooms in mid to late spring and makes a striking feature in borders, containers, or floral arrangements. Plant in full sun and well-drained soil, in a sheltered spot to protect its heavy blooms.
 
Bulbs should be planted in autumn, 10–15cm deep and 10cm apart. Deadhead after flowering and allow foliage to die back naturally. Lift and store in summer if your soil is heavy. A charming and whimsical addition to any spring display.
