Symphoricarpos Dorenborsii Magical Candy – Snowberry

A compact shrub that blooms small flowers from early summer to autumn, you will then be treated to a profusion of bright fleshy berry clusters that you can enjoy right up until February. Easy to grow in any soil type, this plant is winter-hardy and thrives in sunny spots or in partial shade. Growing to around 80cm tall and wide, the broad, standing shrub forms slightly arching brownish-red branches with blue-green leaves.
 
For best displays, the plants can be cut back to a height of just 25cm in February or March. However, it can also be left untrimmed to form low hedges.
