Stachyurus Chinensis ‘Celina’

Stachyurus chinensis ‘Celina’ is a gorgeous shrub that provides some winter interest with elegant, yellow, hanging flowers throughout the winter and spring. The stems grow in a beautiful purplish colour before maturing into a reddish-brown. It bears dark green leaves throughout the spring and summer before giving you lovely displays of autumn colour with incredible shades of red, pink and orange.
Grow this plant in any moist, well-drained soil but avoid chalk. It will grow happily in partial shade in a sheltered position.
