Squash Seeds – Long Pie

The perfect pumpkin for pie and baking since before pumpkins were even round! A sweet and savoury depth of flavour, these are ready to harvest when the ground spot is orange and the rest of the squash is green. Turns fully orange in storage, this is when it’s at its best! Fruits ripen from green to orange 30-60cm long, 2.5-4kg. Stores well. Harvest August-October. Height 40-50cm (16-20).
