Rubus Tayberry – Raspberry Blackberry Hybrid

A raspberry and blackberry hybrid, this plant produces an abundance of large-sized, deep red berries within two years. Easy to grow, gardeners usually run into very few issues when planting them. Simply choose a sheltered spot, with moist well-draining soil. With a sharp yet sweet taste, they are irresistible and you won’t be able to help yourself eating the berries straight from the plant once fully ripe. If you do manage to hold off long enough, they also make excellent additions to cakes, tarts and jams.
