Rose ‘Ruby Celebration’ (‘Peawinner’ PBR) is an award-winning floribunda rose with semi-double, frilly ruby-red blooms carried in striking clusters over a neat, compact habit of around 75 cm. Glossy dark green foliage frames the blooms beautifully, and its robust repeat-flowering from June to November ensures sustained charm.
