Primula Auricula ‘Kathl’

A delightful perennial, ‘Kathl’ captivates with its striking velvety blooms that come in shades of deep yellow, matched with a unique white ring in the centre. This pretty plant, which blooms in early to mid-spring, brightens rock gardens, containers, and shaded borders with its vivid colour. It has year-round appeal thanks to its evergreen rosettes of foliage.
 Plant in soil that is well-drained and rich in humus in partial shade. Apply mulch to help retain moisture and discourage weed growth, and water the soil frequently to keep it moist but not soggy. To avoid leaf rot, make sure there is adequate air circulation around the plant. Combine with other springtime blooming plants, such as pulmonarias or hellebores, to create a colourful and eye-catching garden arrangement. Savour the graceful blossoms of ‘Kathl’ each spring.
