First Early An heirloom variety dating from 1900 with a superb, old-fashioned, new potato flavour. Smooth-skinned, pear-shaped tubers with bright white flesh. Best cooked whole, these floury textured spuds taste absolutely delicious simply boiled in their skins and slathered with butter. They also make excellent roast spuds. Exceptional!
