Pleione Formosana ‘Tongariro’ – Garden Orchid

Admired for its exotic, orchid-like blooms, Pleione formosana ‘Tongariro’ produces elegant, soft lilac-pink flowers with delicately fringed lips in spring. Its common name is “Peacock Orchid”, reflects its intricate, showy flowers that resemble tropical orchids. Compact and eye-catching, it’s perfect for patio containers, alpine displays or sheltered borders where its unusual beauty can be fully appreciated.
