Majestic Ornamental Grass originating from South America.  Stout stems carry huge, graceful feathery heads of silky, creamy-white flowers. Attractive large tussocks of linear grassy foliage. Fully Hardy in the UK, resistant to drought and freezing temperatures. Perfect for use as a solitary specimen and focal point. Also looks great blended with Shrubs, Perennials and Grasses.
 
Superb ornamental grass for late summer and autumn effect. Plumes still look attractive in winter when covered with frost. The dense plumes of pampas grass on strong, erect stems in late summer and autumn are held high above clumps of arching mid-green leaves. This is a beautiful ornamental grass that makes a striking feature.
