Malus Butterball – Crabapple Tree

Malus ‘Butterball’ is a delightful ornamental crabapple, prized for its heavy crop of small, buttery-yellow fruits that persist through autumn and winter. In spring, it offers a profusion of fragrant, pale pink blossoms, providing early nectar for bees. Its neatly shaped form and seasonal colour make it an excellent feature tree for gardens of all sizes.
 
‘Butterball’ is hardy, low-maintenance, and disease-resistant. Prune lightly in late winter to maintain shape and remove any dead or damaged wood.
