Magnolia lilliflora ‘Nigra’ is an amazing deciduous magnolia that produces elegant deep burgundy-purple, tulip-shaped flowers during spring, with a lighter pink interior that creates a delicate, two-tone effect. Often flowering before the foliage fully emerges, this compact shrub makes a spectacular focal point for gardens of all sizes.
