Rose ‘Charles de Gaulle’ is a captivating hybrid tea rose tree renowned for its exquisite colour and powerful fragrance. Its large, perfectly-formed, clustered blooms are a distinctive shade of silvery-lavender to mauve, with velvety petals that release an intense, sweet, citrusy fragrance. Each flower stands elegantly on long stems, boasting a height of 120cm already, peaking at a height of 150-180cm.
Blooming repeatedly from late spring through autumn, this gorgeous rose tree adds a romantic, sophisticated centrepiece to formal rose beds, cottage gardens, French-inspired landscapes. It thrives in full sun and prefers rich, well-drained soil with good air circulation. To maintain its beauty, prune in early spring, deadhead spent blooms, and feed regularly with a balanced rose fertiliser. Ensure consistent watering at the base to prevent leaf diseases.
