Its dense, ascending branches form a sleek, pencil-shaped tree, packed with blue-green foliage that carries a fresh, distinctive juniper scent. Amazing for adding height without taking up space, it’s a real statement plant that brings structure and year-round interest.
This Rocky Mountain Juniper is ideal for contemporary, formal and low-maintenance garden styles. It’s brilliant for flanking doorways, lining paths or adding vertical accent to borders and containers. Pair with grasses or lavender for contrast. Plant in full sun in well-drained soil and water regularly while establishing, once settled.
