Mina lobata ‘Jungle Queen’, also known as Spanish Flag, is a spectacular climbing annual renowned for its cascading flower spikes that change colour from red to orange, yellow and cream as they mature. Blooming from midsummer until autumn, it creates an exotic display that attracts pollinators and adds height, colour and movement to the garden.
An excellent choice for covering pergolas, arches and obelisks, this dramatic climber is perfect for tropical-style planting schemes and sunny courtyard gardens. Pair with thunbergia and morning glory for maximum impact. Plant in fertile, moisture-retentive but well-drained soil in a sheltered sunny spot.
