Hydrangea quercifolia ‘Jetstream’

This easy-going shrub will provide multiple seasons of interest in a shady border or a permanent container in a dull spot which is calling out for some colour. Hydrangea quercifolia ‘Jetstream’ is a bushy, compact, upright shrub clothed in large and distinctively shaped green leaves which are a handsome feature in their own right. From late spring through summer, it bears large, conical clusters of flowers, held on strong stems high above the foliage. The flowers open white and age to pink, creating an unusual two-toned effect. In autumn this generous shrub keeps on giving when the foliage turns a brilliant orange-red before leaf fall. Height: 150cm (60in). Spread: 120cm (48in).
