Fuchsia Magellanica

Fuchsia magellanica is a tough, reliable shrub known for its graceful, arching stems and masses of slender, tubular flowers in vivid shades of magenta-pink and purple. Blooming from late spring until the first frosts, it adds vibrant, long-lasting colour to borders and attracts bees and other pollinators. Its fine-textured, green foliage complements the delicate, dancing blooms beautifully.
 
Plant in sun or partial shade in moist, well-drained soil. Hardy and low-maintenance, it benefits from a hard prune in early spring. Perfect for informal hedges, cottage gardens, or coastal borders. Combines well with hydrangeas and ferns for layered planting.
