The beautiful Dianthus ‘Moulin Rouge’ variant of the traditional carnation is renowned for its vibrant, deep red blossoms that have a rich, spicy scent. The compact mound of blue-green foliage that this perennial develops provides a luxuriant backdrop for the vivid, double blossoms. ‘Moulin Rouge’ is a late spring to early summer flowering plant that reaches a height of 30 to 40 cm.
