Dahlia ‘Richards’ Fortune’ carries anemone flowers in a deep lilac-pink and boasts a full, layered petal structure. The broad flowers possess textured centres, giving each bloom impressive deptha nd cour intensity. Their bold colour and classic dahlia form make them an excellent choice for borders, cottage-style plantings, and cutting gardens where they bring vivid seasonal colour and long-lasting floral displays.
Plant the tubers in groups of 2-5 for a fuller, more natural display, spacing them approximately 45-60cm apart and planting around 10-15cm deep in fertile, well-drained soil. Deadhead regularly to encourage continued flowering throughout the season. After flowering, allow the foliage to die back naturally so the tuber can store energy for the following year.
