Crocosmia ‘Brigitta’ is a captivating and elegant variety, featuring bright, fiery-red flowers that complete its arching stems. In midsummer to early autumn, these delicate flowers open up, adding colour to your beds and plantings. The sword-like foliage starts green, eventually maturing into a rose-red hue. ‘Brigitta’ is a favourite with bees and ideal for cutting.
Plant in full sun or partial shade in moist, well-drained soil. Water during dry spells and divide clumps every few years to rejuvenate. Perfect for borders, wildlife gardens, or pairing with ornamental grasses and late-flowering perennials like rudbeckia and echinacea.
