Clematis ‘Frances Rivis’ is a charming early-flowering clematis prized for its abundance of nodding, bell-shaped blooms in rich violet-blue with creamy-white centres. Flowering from spring into early summer, this vigorous deciduous climber quickly covers trellises, fences, arches, and walls with attractive green foliage and masses of elegant flowers.
