Choisya ternata ‘Sundance’ is an evergreen shrub that brightens the garden year-round with its striking, golden-yellow foliage. New growth emerges in a brilliant yellow colour that gradually softens to a warm lime-green, adding cheerful colour and contrast to borders and planting schemes. In late spring, clusters of starry white, citrus-scented flowers often appear with a second flush in late summer.
Compact and bushy in habit, ‘Sundance’ is ideal for hedging, mixed borders, or as a feature plant in containers. It thrives in well-drained soil and a sunny to partially shaded position—though for the brightest foliage, a sunnier spot is best. Once established, it is drought-tolerant and low-maintenance, needing only light pruning after flowering to maintain its shape.
