Ceanothus ‘Concha’ – Californian Lilac

Ceanothus Concha is a fantastic evergreen that comes in to its own In late spring, producing a dazzling display of dark blue flowers over its arching branches, themselves covered in dark green leaves.
Also known as Californian Lilac, It is the perfect choice for a bright sunny mixed border, ideally on a free draining soil. When planted towards the back of a border or against a fence it makes an excellent backdrop for other plants throughout the rest of the year. In winter, thanks to retaining its foliage, you will also have nice evergreen cover.
