Calathea rufibarba ‘Velvet’, commonly known as the Furry Feather Calathea, is a stunning houseplant renowned for its unique, velvety texture and graceful, arching leaves. The long, lance-shaped leaves are deep green on top with a subtle, wavy edge, while the undersides display a rich burgundy hue. The leaves’ velvety, slightly fuzzy surface gives it a soft, luxurious feel, adding a touch of elegance to any indoor space.
Thriving in bright, indirect light and high humidity, this Calathea prefers well-draining, slightly moist soil.
