Our Bumper Spring Planting Onion/Garlic/Shallot Collection contains a versatile selection of red and shallot onions along with softneck garlic to keep your cupboards stocked with these easy to grow vegetables throughout summer and winter. The collection comprises: Onion ‘Red Ray’ – It has deep red skins and firm, sweet flesh which is excellent in salads, chutneys and tarts.  (500g). Shallot ‘Jermor’  – The shiny copper-skinned bulbs with crisp, pink-tinged flesh make this a favourite with exhibitors.  (400g). Garlic 'Flavor' – The white-skinned bulbs each contain 9 to 16 pretty pink cloves that will store for a long time once ripened. (2 Bulbs).
