Forget regular varieties of yellow Bidens, which often flower in flushes, ‘Hawaiian Flare’ is here to cause waves on the spring bedding scene, producing fascinating displays of compact plants smothered in blooms throughout warm summer days, constantly attracting butterflies and other pollinating insects.
The fiery blooms feature orange and yellow petals that really standout as they surround intricately formed centres, emerging on long stems from green, bushy foliage.
For real impact, plant alongside pastel-shaded plants, or grow together with blue or purple petunias for a vivid colour contrast. Grow in baskets or taller containers. ‘Hawaiian Flare’ loves the heat so be sure to grow in a sunny spot.
