Azalea ‘Sun Star’

Brilliantly coloured flowers and good autumn foliage makes Azalea ‘Sun Star’ a choice variety. Dark salmon-pink buds open into rounded trusses of fragrant, bright yellow, double flowers. The blooms transition to soft orange in late May, creating a glowing swathe of colour that is sure to wake up the spring garden from its winter slumber. The foliage turns shades of yellow, orange and red in autumn. A superb addition to woodland type borders in acidic soil. Height and spread: 150cm-175cm (5-5.7ft).Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size.
