Azalea Japonica Florida – Dwarf Japanese Rhododendron-Evergreen

The gorgeous evergreen shrub Azalea japonica ‘Florida’ adds brilliant colour to your garden all year long. In late spring, clusters of bright, funnel-shaped, salmon-pink flowers adorn borders, rockeries, or patio pots with this dwarf Japanese rhododendron. Because of its small size, it can be used in larger planting schemes or in smaller gardens. The glossy green foliage provides year-round interest and is appealing throughout the seasons.
 
For optimal results, plant in partially shaded, acidic, well-drained soil. After flowering, lightly trim to preserve shape. This azalea grows best in areas that are shaded and shielded from strong winds.
