Peony

Peony, also known as Paeonia, is a perennial flower that blooms in late spring to early summer. They come in a wide range of colours, including pink, red, white, and yellow. Each of these colours offers its own unique beauty and charm, making peonies a versatile addition to any garden.

They grow best in well-draining soil with partial to full sun exposure. They can tolerate a variety of soil types, but it’s best to add organic matter to the soil to ensure healthy growth. The Peony will produce increasing numbers of flowers as they age and large flower heads can be supported where required with a peony ring or staked with bamboo stakes.
